In 1984, more than 25 years ago when Tejash Trading Company was born, it was a milestone in itself achieved. From my grandfather and my father being a trader of groundnut kernels supplying various factories to having an empire of in-house production facilities of our own, it seems a long journey, though a very memorable one. The passion for Agro Business has been passed on through generations and this has brought improvements with each passing year. Nevertheless, the gratitude of all the communities associated with this company has always been supported very well.

At Tejash Trading Co. We believe in constantly improving a quality standards, this largely gets reflected in our day-to-day processes…For E.g. we always procure Raw groundnut kernels from selected traders and Farmers, the quality is specifically chosen and personal attention is given to the process that goes on to prepare the finished goods so that the end result is a high-quality cargo ready for dispatch. Unlike the modern trend where a majority of Exporters Order finished cargo and sell under their name, we produce right from the start by decorticating the groundnut kernels to grading and packaging all under one roof using high standards. The process is time-consuming but as one says “patience always delivers … “. In all these years there have seldom been any quality issues registered. The company has carved out its own niche in this segment, and I personally believe this is and always will be my true asset.

With all these achievements, experiences, and determination to improve further, we are planning to go onto the next phase by setting up a new plant in the Rajkot region. The plant would be set up at 4 times the size of the existing plant with all modern amenities, and a high-tech chain of machinery, increasing Hygiene and getting perfect results.

It has always been a pleasure to interact with different people from various regions dealing in agro commodities. This has been a new medium through I which the staff at Tejash Trading Co. would be able to communicate with all the communities interested, With a wider and modernized approach, the company intends to communicate with a larger audience while at the same time making this world a global village.
